Lauderhill, Florida – Around 3:20 a.m. on August 5th, police responded to a busy Lauderhill strip club, to the reports of shots fired. Club 54, is located at 3135 W. Broward Blvd., and was busy. As police responding, yet another report of shots fired came over the police wire, and the report said the shots were fired inside the club itself.
As police arrived they found a full venue, several of the patrons had blood on their shirts, though no one at the scene appeared to be injured. Apparently a man had been shot, but by the time police arrived the victim was already taken to the hospital by a friend.
Officers later discovered that the victim of the shooting had in fact been admitted to Broward General Hospital. The man is in critical but stable condition.
Last year on November 5th, there was another shooting at the popular club that left 1 dead, and 3 injured.
