Evelyn’s Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Fort Lauderdale – A new restaurant is coming to the Four Seasons, in Fort Lauderdale. Evelyn’s menu will delight taste buds. Eastern Mediterranean meets coastal cuisine in this nautically themed restaurant helmed by chef Brandon Salomon. Look for dishes like spiced cauliflower couscous, grilled whole branzino dressed in coriander seed chermoula, cilantro and rose petals; and yogurt marinated chicken served with mustard greens and garlic toum.
