Patrick K. Willis, also known as Repo King, has listed his mega mansion for $39 million dollars
The mega mansion is being sold by Patrick K Willis who is the CEO of the recovery company located in California known as American Recovery Services. He purchased the home in 2021 tax records show. The home was built in 2005.
The almost 16,800-square-foot, seven-bedroom home sits on just over an acre and is close to the Coral Ridge Country Club golf course. The property also has 3 integrated boat docks. Since the purchase the home has undergone some serious upgrades that are fit for royalty.
The home’s wood and marble floors were refinished and the furniture was replaced. The home’s appliances and mechanical systems, such as the HVAC system, were also replaced. The furniture will be included in the sale.
A two-bedroom, roughly 930-square-foot guesthouse, also built in 2005 and recently renovated, is connected to the main home by a breezeway. Outside, the property is lined with mature palm trees and the lawn is made of artificial turf.
The roughly $27 million price jump on Mr. Willis’s property since he purchased it in 2021 is a result of several factors including the area’s growing popularity and the home’s recent renovations.
