Broward County, Florida – The real estate market certainly has not slowed down despite the economic announcements and crashes of the week. The Dow dropped by hundreds this week, leaving many people to panic and pull their money out of stocks that are losing value.

On the other end of the spectrum, some people are still not seeming to struggle despite how most people do in our state.

Expensive homes sold in Broward County

$4.1 million, detached house in the 3000 block of Northeast 23rd Court The property in the 3000 block of Northeast 23rd Court in Fort Lauderdale has new owners. The price was $4,050,000. The house was built in 1997 and has a living area of 7,534 square feet. The price per square foot is $538.

$3.5 million, single-family house in the 4100 block of 27th Avenue The 3,123 square-foot single-family home in the 4100 block of 27th Avenue, Lighthouse Point, has now been sold. The transfer of ownership was settled in September and the total purchase price was $3,500,000, $1,121 per square foot. The house was built in 2011.

$3.1 million, single-family home in the 2300 block of Northeast 28th Court The 4,385 square-foot detached house in the 2300 block of Northeast 28th Court in Lighthouse Point has now been sold. The transfer of ownership was settled in September and the total purchase price was $3,100,000, $707 per square foot. The house was built in 1993.

$2.5 million, single-family residence in the 900 block of Southeast Sixth Court A sale has been finalized for the detached house in the 900 block of Southeast Sixth Court in Fort Lauderdale. The price was $2,520,000 and the new owners took over the house in August. The house was built in 2014 and the living area totals 2,222 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $1,134.

$2.5 million, detached house in the 2700 block of 23rd Avenue The sale of the single-family residence in the 2700 block of 23rd Avenue, Lighthouse Point, has been finalized. The price was $2,450,000, and the new owners took over the house in September. The house was built in 1956 and has a living area of 3,636 square feet. The price per square foot was $674.
